It is more survivable but using more tactical boffs to duplicate tactical abilities and limiting engineering boffs to strictly offensive abiltities allowed for 4 amps to be reached instead of 3, and more importantly full value from the auxiliary power configuration Just a quick comment: you have redundant cooldown management. You're using a2b, reciprocity AND strategist on a threat build. A2Bat you can (should) get rid off. It does many bad things for you. It needlessly robs you of 2 engie slots, 3 doff slots and drains your aux thus hampering your heals and your FBP damage.

A2B is not "the best" BOff power. it's just a technique used to improve power levels and cooldowns on certain ships. it WILL NOTtriple your DPS. infact in some cases it will cause you to lose DPS. any federation or klingon ship that can fit 3 tactical officers (or have 5 or more slots for tactical powers) will lose DPS if you run A2B.
